Is it free to sign up?

Yes, it is free to sign up and invite your clients. You only pay a fee when you receive payment from your client.

How much will I earn?

At Gymbile, we are dedicated to helping our trainers earn more and grow their client base. You can set any price per training session and conduct unlimited sessions with clients worldwide. You pay a 15% fee for each session, and the rest is your earnings.

How do I sign up?

You can sign up using your Apple, Google, or Facebook account for quick and easy access.

How can I invite clients?

You can invite clients by sending them an invitation link directly from the Gymbile platform.

How can I find more clients?

Our team has created a marketing guide full of tools to grow your business. You will receive it after subscribing. The first tip after signing up is to share the invitation link as much as possible, for example, on your social media.

I am new to online workouts. Is it difficult to use Gymbile?

New to online fitness? No worries at all! Using Gymbile for online streaming is as easy as making a video call. If you need any help, our team is always here for you. Just shoot us an email at hello@gymbile.com

Can I chat with my clients?

Gymbile has an embedded chat feature that allows you to communicate with your clients with texts and images.

How do payments work on Gymbile?

Payments are instant. Once a session starts, your client is charged, and you receive the payment within 7 days. We use Stripe for payment processing, and you'll need to complete Stripe onboarding to specify your bank account information for payouts. Please note, Stripe usually makes the very first payment a bit longer than usual, but the following payments will be processed within 7 days.

What devices can I use with Gymbile?

Currently, you need an iPhone to use Gymbile. Support for Android devices is coming soon.

How do I schedule workout sessions?

You can start scheduling workout sessions after inviting your first client. Your clients will receive notifications about the planned sessions.

What if someone misses their session?

Gymbile has built-in reminders to make sure people remember to join sessions in time. But we understand that life can be unpredictable. You and your client both have a cooling-off period during which you can cancel or reschedule the session. If it's too close to the scheduled session and the payment has already been processed, it's non-refundable, but you can schedule a free session for your client to make up for the missed one. We're here to help make sure everyone gets the support they need.

How does Gymbile remind me and my clients about workouts?

Gymbile will send you and your clients reminders about your workouts one day before, two hours before, and 15 minutes before the session starts. This ensures that both you and your clients will remember to prepare for and join the session on time.

Can I conduct live workouts with clients globally?

Yes, you can conduct online live workout sessions with clients from anywhere in the world.

Can I use Gymbile to schedule offline sessions?

Absolutely! Use Gymbile for planning and accepting payments. You don't have to conduct an online session if you prefer to do it in person.
